1. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & PURCHASE LIMITATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may apply to orders associated with the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders using the same billing and/or shipping address.

If we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email address or phone number provided at the time the order was made.

2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

All transactions are processed securely through Stripe Payment Gateway. We currently accept major credit/debit cards and flexible installment financing at checkout:

Note: We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, wire transfers, or direct bank deposits.

All prices, fees, and figures listed across our online store are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice; however, price updates will never affect orders that have already been confirmed and payment-authorized.

4. TAXES & CHECKOUT FEES

Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on state tax regulations and your shipping destination. Auto Lift Supplies LLC guarantees transparent pricing: zero hidden charges, zero mandatory handling surcharges, and zero extra payment fees.

5. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION & SECURITY

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon submitting your order. All billing transactions are encrypted using end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption. Auto Lift Supplies LLC does not store or retain full credit card numbers or sensitive payment credentials on our servers.

6. FRAUD VERIFICATION & CANCELLATIONS

To protect our store and customers against fraudulent purchases on heavy equipment, orders undergo automated fraud detection. In certain high-value orders, we reserve the right to verify billing details prior to processing. If an order is canceled prior to shipping, a 100% full refund will be processed back to your original payment method via Stripe within 3–5 business days.
