Currently, we exclusively ship within the United States (excluding U.S. territories and military bases unless specified at checkout).

- Handling Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
- Orders placed after 05:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the following business day.

📤 Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
- Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Orders are shipped via trusted national carriers including UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx.

📦 Lost, Missing, or Delayed Shipments
If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- First, check your tracking link or contact the carrier directly using your tracking ID.

🏠 Incorrect Address Policy
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
- If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of purchase at contact@autoliftsupplies.us or +1 (445) 301-1133.
- Once an order is en route or handed to the carrier, address changes cannot be made, and any re-shipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
❌ Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return upon receipt.
📦 Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery at contact@autoliftsupplies.us.
- Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the damaged item and packaging.
- We will review your claim and arrange a free replacement or full refund promptly.
